At Twenty Over Ten, teamwork is part of our everyday, and maybe the best part of each day! Every couple of weeks we like to give you the opportunity to meet the team and get to know each member a bit more.
This week I had the opportunity to talk with one of our newest members, Elizabeth Ritger. As part of the marketing team, Elizabeth creates Twenty Over Ten blog content, develops and manages Twenty Over Ten’s social media channels, and has also began to dip her toes in copywriting and marketing for clients. Read on to learn more about Elizabeth:
Where were you born and raised?
I was born in Orlando, Florida but spent most of my childhood in Charlotte, North Carolina!
What was your childhood dream job?
I always wanted to be a pilot when I was a kid because I love traveling so much.
Where do you see yourself in 5 years?
In 5 years, I want to be living in a big city, working with something in marketing! I hope to get a job where I can travel a lot and work with a lot of different clients.
I can see you love traveling! Where is your favorite place that you have visited? & Where to next? Dream big!
My favorite place would have to be Paris! I love Europe in general, but I found Paris really fun to explore. Next, I hope to visit either Greece or Croatia!
Why did you want to get involved with Twenty Over Ten?
I was drawn to Twenty Over Ten because I love writing and am really interested in marketing and advertising. I also have done a couple internships dealing with finance so it seemed like the perfect place to combine it all.
What do you do outside of Twenty Over Ten and NC State university?
Outside of work and school, I love running, hiking and taking road trips. Pretty much anything outdoors and spontaneous with my friends!
How do you keep inspired?
Taking a break from the work to go exercise or read a book always helps me clear my mind.
