How It Works: Our 6-Step Design Process
1. Initial Consultation
We want to get to know your business. You’ll meet with one of our expert designers to outline your website needs and the overall marketing goals and objectives your new website should help you achieve.
If you’ve elected to add a copywriting or logo design package, you will meet with each of those teams separately. This allows our creatives (web designers, copywriters, and logo designers) to give you their full attention and dedicate the maximum amount of time to the questions they need answered to get you what you need.
*Basic website setup does NOT include any services related to the content of your website – you must provide us with all content to be used on your site, or you can engage our copywriting services
2. Creative Huddle
Our creatives will come together after your call(s) to collaborate and make sure your website best fits your voice and objectives.
We get it, sometimes you just can’t wait. Our $500 Expedite fee will jump you to the front of the line. Once you’ve completed your design/copy calls, you will receive your first draft within 7-10 business days.

We’ll send you a private URL to review the first draft of your website.
Draft #1: Revisions
Once we send your first draft, we require that you review it thoroughly and start making notes about the requested changes. It’s best to do this within 15 business days of when the review is sent so your site doesn’t fall behind schedule.
4. Second Act

We’ll resend your private URL to review the revisions we’ve made to your website.
Draft #2 Revisions
Once you’ve reviewed the changes, we require that you review it thoroughly and make notes about the requested changes. As we mentioned before, it’s best to do this within 15 business days of when the review is sent so your site doesn’t fall behind schedule.
5. The Homestretch
Yay! We’re close! Your final round of revisions will polish your site and we’ll prepare for launch! We complete a preflight checklist to ensure we manage every detail.
6. Captain, We Have Lift Off
After you (and your compliance team) review and approve your website, we will help you launch. You will then have access to training resources to learn how to make updates and manage your site with ease!

WEBSITE & COPYWRITING | FORGE – $1200 one-time fee
Know what you want your website to say, but need help writing it? Look no further. Our team will interview you about your firm’s services, process, and philosophy, and produce compelling website copy that’s designed to build brand awareness and sell.
Includes: One 1 hour discovery meeting, our team will then write your website copy (up to 5 pages and/or subpages of original content) to match the personality of your business and differentiate you from your competitors. Once approved, you will have access to Twenty Over Ten’s powerful platform to make edits at any time.
WEBSITE & COPYWRITING | Boost – $600 one-time fee
This package is ideal for those who have existing content they would like to clean up for their new website. From your existing content, we’ll highlight your UVP, re-organize site navigation, and optimize SEO.
Includes: We’ll review your existing content and boost it with the best on-page SEO practices in mind, especially if you are targeting a specific geographic location or niche.
SEO | essentials – $1,200 One-time fee
Our SEO Setup Package delivers maximum impact by completing the most important SEO tasks in regards to how your website is setup and registered with Google.
Includes: Google optimization and help with your content strategy to boost your SEO and get your website the traffic that it deserves.
BRANDING | LOGO DESIGN – $1,000 one-time fee
Work with our design team to develop your brand’s identity, which is integrated into your website to ensure your online presence is consistent and seamless.
Includes: One-hour initial discovery meeting, three initial solutions, and two additional revisions.
