2. WEBINAR: Best SEO Practices for Financial Advisors

Join us on Thursday, September 29th at 3pm EST for specific action items you can implement today to improve the ranking of your website.

First, we’ll explain the difference between on-the-page and off-the-page SEO factors, and then we’ll show you how to make changes to your website page content, headers, blog titles, blog text, meta descriptions, and links to improve your search engine ranking.

3. New SEC Rules Increase Social Media Disclosure Requirements for Investment Advisors

On August 25th 2016, the SEC announced that it adopted amendments to the Investment Advisers Act that will increase the record-keeping and reporting requirements for investment advisors. Advisors will now have to provide additional information on their separately managed account business, and other aspects of their business, including the use of social media.
