Mike explained that they decided to update the website because it was long overdue after 5 years since its creation. His vision for the new site was to have:
“… A website that we’d be proud of and would reflect our agency’s character”
So the process of starting this new vision began with the help from the Twenty Over Ten team, who Mike describes as professional, punctual and easy to work (Thank you!)
A New Vision
Rubin Insurance Agency was founded in 1976. It is a family-owned and operated insurance business whose mission is to ensure their clients the best coverage while adapting it to both their needs and budget. Mike’s favorite part of his job is being able to say to clients “Don’t worry I will take care of it” as well as the rewarding feeling of earning clients loyalty and appreciation by truly looking out for their best interest.
In order to portray clients’ loyalty and appreciation, Rubin Insurance Agency’s new site highlights a “testimonials” tab, where potential new clients are able to easily see what current clients have to say and use this as a reassurement that they are in the right hands.
In order to reflect the company’s mission to clients clearly, Mike describes their new site as possessesing two aspects he enjoys the most: professionalism and mobile friendly capabilities. These mobile friendly capabilities also allow the new site to be recognized within the first few options when searched on a phone, tablet, etc. In addition, when the site is browsed through on mobile, clients will be able to navigate the site much easier, therefore being able to find exactly what they are looking for within a few “taps”.
As my personal favorite, I think one of the highlights of the new site is the “Our Team” page, where potential clients are able to meet the faces behind Rubin Insurance Agency and read a quick description of each of the team members. The way the team photos and descriptions are laid out creates a professional and organized look for the site with a hint of modern and also giving it a human side. For new clients, seeing who the team is comprised of is key, especially if they are able to connect with one or two members just from reading a few lines of their bio.
Rubin Insurance Agency’s character is evident through their website’s new look, and the team at Twenty Over Ten is confident that all of these updated features will help reinforce the company’s image and continue to build long lasting relationships with current and future clients.
